- Crane telemetry: operating status, running hours, current, temperature, fault/alarm
- Contact form data: name, company, email, phone, city and request details
- Panel usage/access logs (logging)
Data Ownership and Access
The operational data of your fleet belongs to you. Data is kept separate per company (tenant) and only authorized users access their own fleet's data.
Data Security
Communication between the device and the cloud is end-to-end encrypted; access is managed with authorization rules. See our data security page for technical details.
Data-Subject Rights
Under applicable data-protection law you have rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting and objecting to the processing of your data. You can submit your requests via our contact channels.
